For a £20 fee at the time of booking give yourself the peace of mind of being able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Simply select the ‘Booking Flexibility’ in the enhanced section in our booking engine.
The Spa was the big attraction for us and it was just as we wanted. Sauna and steam were excellent and the pool clean and friendly to use with stairs into the water.
Best bit was the back massage and exfoliation. Ann-Marie was lovely and really helpful. I have recently had two operations and she really spent time on my back and shoulders.
Spa weekend was amazing wonderful massage from Bushra in the spa... The hotel is beautiful the spa amazing and everyone that works there were so helpful and very warm welcoming and wonderful people.
We stayed for the first time as a base for my partners 30th birthday. The spa facilities were an added bonus and great closing times for those who wish to have an evening/late night swim or Sauna.
Leisure Club, I have visited many hotels with spas, and this competes with the best, exceptionally clean, good size pool, steam room and sauna.
The pool and facilities were clean and warm and not overcrowded. The spa treatment was relaxing and ran smoothly and to time.
Very welcoming staff. Room was nice and freshly cleaned by Jackie (as mentioned on the little note)... Loved the spa and really enjoyed our massage session by Hannah and Chloe. Highly recommended!
