Our newly refurbished Health Club in Warrington is kitted out with the latest gym equipment from Life Fitness for a more immersive workout. Smart machines will guide you through every push, pull and pedal on your way to achieving your goals. And if it’s a human touch you need, our friendly personal trainers are on hand to talk you through your technique. 

The Studio space hosts a range of classes including Zumba, spin, yoga and Pilates, so you can get active in a way that suits you. Please note, our studio classes  are very popular and will need to be booked in advance. If competitive keep-fit is more your thing, our tennis courts are the perfect place to serve up memories with your family and friends.  

Whether you swing by for a one-off session or sign up for a membership to make The Park Royal part of your fitness plans, we’ll be happy to help in whatever way we can.
