I have recently been with a friend for a spa day and we both thoroughly enjoyed our day. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, Rebecca, who told us everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great, decent sized pool and very clean. Our light lunch included with our spa day was plentiful - the halloumi wrap and fish finger wrap went down a treat! Another staff member, Rebecca, in the restaurant made sure we were well looked after. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was wonderful. Stayed for one night for a friend's birthday. They put balloons and chocs in the room with a lovely hand written card for her. The spa was gorgeous and so was the treatment. To top it all off, the food in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. The whole stay was perfect. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here visiting family in Warrington , amazing facilities . This is not your typical hotel gym it actually had amazing equipment I could do my usual workout in the morning . The breakfast buffet is excellent . My room was spotless and so cool thanks to the ac . Special shout to Laura and Victoria at Reception y’all made feel welcome and made check in and check out simple as it can be . I know where to stay now whenever I visit Warrington

Stayed at Park Royal Warrington on stopover back to Glasgow on return drive from Cornwall. Absolutely loved it. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful room and lovely facilities. Our children loved the pool which was the perfect temperature and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as water in the room, nespresso coffee maker and complimentary drinks in the minibar. The hotel was completely spotless and buffet breakfast delicious with lots of healthy and tasty options. Very close to Stockton on Heath which was a fantastic spot for dinner. Tennis courts plus outdoor grass area for children to burn off some energy. Plenty of EV charging at rear of hotel for those who need it including Tesla stations. All staff were delightful and kind. We would've happily stayed longer and felt so refreshed after our stay. Thank you Park Royal Warrington - we will definitely be back.

Everything was handled perfectly, but what truly made our evening unforgettable was the staff. ​A special mention must go to Lynsey, who was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she looked after us with genuine warmth, incredible attentiveness, and a brilliant professional attitude. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic evening, and her hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. ​The food was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service from Lynsey was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back and highly recommend booking a table here!

We stayed for 3 nights for our daughters birthday. The hotel offers a birthday package. It was a lovely surprise for her to find helium balloons in the room when we arrived. The pool was great. Good swim times for children. You dont need locker coins. Towels provided. Good selection for breakfast. Air con doesn't work in all the rooms and it was hot. Good car park. Good location for chester zoo.

Mason was helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done! 👏

I have spent several nights at the Park Royal. My last stay was made special by the reception of Victoria when arriving at the hotel. Thank you Viktoria!

Hotel and staff very welcoming, spoke to Victoria after I booked to organise something special for my friends birthday she did a super job even sorted the room I liked (have stayed at the hotel a few times always very positive) Room comfortable very clean, lovely view from balcony. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious could not fault it 😋 We had a spa experience it was wonderful and relaxing thank you Amy (Will be doing that again)

We are members of the health club. Whilst in the lounge area I overheard a young member of staff (Reece/Rhys) giving a more mature lady an introductory talk on membership. He was really pleasant, professional, sympathetic and encouraging with this lady, asxwell as enthusing about enjoying his own emoloyment. Well done young man

My room was clean and comfortable. The location was near to family so convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and the spa swimming pool pleasant but if I stay again I would have my swim in the evening as the morning swim was accompanied by loud dance music and an over enthusiastic aqua excersise group. 😉

Everything was excellent. Lovely helpful staff. Got us in our room early, free toothbrush as I'd forgotten mine, clean, comfortable rooms. Great choice at breakfast. Excellent value..one thing wrong. The gym was below our room and we had a rude awakening with very loud music at 6.30am for 45mins...some energetic exercise class. Apart from that...all good.

I had a massage with Annmarie and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. I had such bad back tension and was worried I would only receive a tickle, well how wrong was I, I left feeling so relaxed and fell asleep during the treatment! My back is finally free of tension. I will be back again, thank you!

Spa treatments were brilliant and the relaxation room before/after was lovely and peaceful. The sauna and steam room were a good size. Jacuzzi tub is a tight 4 person one so quite intimate with strangers. Pool was a lovely size, however 1 lane reserved with kids swimming lessons. Only 6 loungers by the pool and a couple of large sofas where the parents of kids swimming lessons were so quite cosy if you wanted to sit. Crushed ice and a cold/hot shower with lights. Changing rooms good size, with plenty of mirrors and hairdryers. Hotel room very big size which was good amd breakfast buffet was great. We also had a pizza at lunch which was delicious. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here a year ago to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary (55years) and were looking forward to a similar experience. The Hotel is very conveniently located close to the M56 motorway and Liverpool and Manchester Airports. A two night deal inclusive of Breakfast and Evening Meals, was similar to the previous visit. During our stay however we noticed a deterioration in the standard of the room with a non-functioning roof fan and windows that would not stay open for ventilation, small details with significant consequences. The room however was very clean and the bathroom seemed to have had a refurb of sorts. The first meal was disappointing to say the least. I could have walked a fair distance on the Gammon, small, tough and gristly. Luke appeared to be the only Member of Staff on duty and showed amazing tolerance and perseverance in trying to keep all the customers happy and should be commended for it. The second meal was a huge improvement reminiscent of our previous visit. So in general a pleasant experience but with room for improvement. The Staff are very caring and helpful but a few more would not go amiss on occasions. The breakfast is very good both in quality and quantity, a great experience for us both.

Me and my daughter for her 5th birthday absolutely lovely staff my daughter tried her 1st mocktail to celebrate. Jake Dan at the bar very friendly give us both mocktail & cocktail slice of cake & sweet on the house to celebrate absolutely lovely of them thank you xx

Nice room, good breakfast and great spa area. A flying one night visit where we were welcomed by a friendly lady on reception, and were pleasantly surprised with the room facilities and cleanliness. The view was nice and we used the spa for a couple of hours which was well equipped as was the gym. Breakfast was great in the morning and overall we enjoyed the stay although we didn’t eat there in the evening or use the bar so are rating on limited experience.

Outstanding spa break!! Customer service from Allison on reception, Donna Marie in the bar and mason in the restaurant was exceptional! The package was great value for money - the spa treatment was high standard - food in the restaurant was excellent. Three ladies who go regularly to spas - this was definitely one of the best! We’ll be back 😁😁😁

Check in process was a pleasant experience with Laura who addressed a few of our requests. Equally, all the staff were pleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast is good. Look forward to staying there again soon.
