I have been using the lounge area at the park royal for some time now. Great, quiet venue for informal staff meetings. always able to find a table not intruding on any other customer. Great for parking, close to m6 & m56, far better than the usual coffee shops. Staff who serve in the lounge are great. Particularly want to give a mention for DonnaMarie, she always has a smile and is very very helpful. Often stay the lunch , i would say that the menu is quite decent for a lounge, the quality has always been good! (even the cheese sandwich, apologies for an in-house joke , this will let DonnaMarie know whose written this!) Seriously she is a credit to the Hotel!!

I've been on many a Spa day to the Park Royal ,usually as a treat for birthdays and anniversaries with either my husband or daughter. We've always found the staff very welcoming and the therapists are amazing, especially, Melissa, Pheobe, Poppy and Jennifer. They all make you feel at ease and the treatments are amazing. So relaxing !!! The spa facilities are very good,pool,sauna , jacuzzi & steam room are all clean & well kept. After our treatments we always have a delicious afternoon tea, which is served In either the bar area or restaurant. We've been served by Donnamarie on many occasions and again she can't do enough for you so that you enjoy the experience. Always on hand to top up the tea & coffee !!! A wonderful day out, that's why we keep on returning to the Park Royal. Thank you everyone for making our special days ,really special!!

Excellent hotel with a lovely spa and pool. The food was delicious. Spacious and clean rooms which are very reasonably priced. Really friendly and professional staff. I would like to thank Victoria who was on the front desk who is so kind. One of our party has special needs and she took the time out to make our stay extra special

We stayed overnight for spa. We had spa treatments, use of facilities and evening meal and breakfast. We could not fault anything. Staff were lovely and very welcoming and friendly. Food was lovely. Spa and use of facilities all good. Hotel room was lovely and spacious and beds comfortable. All in all it was a lovely enjoyable overnight break.

We stayed for q night for a celebration amid flung the hotel excellent. When we arrived we had a little lunch in the bar soup & sandwich. The cauliflower soup was perfect and the fish finger sandwich was very enjoyable.. In the evening we had a large table in the dining room. The service from the staff and the headwaiter was excellent. All the food came out at the same time ,hot and delicious. Excellent service. The hotel receptionists that we met on arrival,in the evening and at breakfast were warm and very welcoming. First time visiting the hotel but we would definitely return. A PAT ON THE BACK to all the staff also to the bedroom crew ……perfect👏👏👏

Went for a spa day. It was wonderful. The only thing id say is to check the pool times for when the kids swimming lessons are on if you're looking to relax in the pool area. The massage from Claire was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Jennifer served me from start to finish. She was extremely attentive, friendly and polite and gave incredible service. She really made the experience. All in all, a great day was had.

I regularly use the hotel for business purposes. Hotel is easy to get to being conveniently located next to the M56. Although closely located to a busy motorway, little noise is heard once inside. The staff are friendly and helpful, who are always willing to chat and resolve any issues quickly. Rooms are clean and tidy, although a bit dated in their decoration.

Fabulous relaxing atmosphere Pool area fab has recently had some little touches to the hotel and makes a massive difference The restaurant and bar is fab and staff are great

This place is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings of Stretton and Warrington are wonderful. It really feels like authentic England. We felt extremely comfortable at the Park Royal Hotel. The staff and everyone here are very welcoming and friendly. It’s the kind of place where you could imagine living all year round!

Return visit. Victoria at Reception made sure we had a lovely room.

Rory Joe Just returned from a 2 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Our room was clean, very spacious and the beds comfortable. The general hotel areas were also clean and tidy and of a high standard. We loved the reception dog station, providing dog bed, water bowl and treats which was a lovely touch for our pooch! .We found all staff were friendly and professional. In particular, we would like to mention Joe who served us at breakfast and was super helpful and Rory and Jake in the bar area, who kept us well fed and watered. All provided excellent service and are a real asset to the hotel. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a difficulty using a shower over the bath, Victoria was very understanding and found a solution which allowed us to have a room with a walk in shower for the rest of our stay. She was a great support.

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay! Really had a great time. The food was so lovely and the portions huge. The staff are beyond brilliant. Especially Zack and Kasia. Zack really went out of his way for me and the professionalism he showed on the restaurant was beyond superb. As someone who often travels alone through work and sits and eats alone almost daily. It was nice having Zack come over and make it his mission to say hello, shake my hand and ask about my day. I really hope he gets looked after as the service he provides is exactly what you would get in a 5 star hotel. He is a real asset to Park Royal. However I couldn't end my review without mentioning the brilliant service I received from Kasia the housekeeper. She again went above and beyond for me. She cleaned my room to such a high standard I was surprised. She always said hello when I walked passed her and she always asked if I was okay and if I needed anything for my room. Honestly Kasia and Zack really made my stay at the hotel from great to fabulous. I look forward to staying there again in a weeks time!

We’ve just finished a stay with The Park Royal hotel and it’s been lovely, rooms were plenty big enough for a family and all staff were super helpful. Not once has anyone complained about the children playing or singing. A particular shoutout to Victoria who is lovely and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms, well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Quite a good buffet breakfast and the staff were superb. I asked for a quiet room and this was provided. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended. In particular, I would mention Victoria, who was superb, attentive and sorted out any problems, of which, for me, there were none. That said, all of the staff were excellent and kind.

Very relaxing and accommodating, we really enjoyed the pool and steam. Very nice setting, plenty of free parking, nice and clean. Our only criticism was the kindsize bed (2 single beds pushed together) the join in the middle made it very uncomfortable. Receptionist Victoria was extremely helpful, not just will the hotel, but with local information, which we really appreciated.

Had a lovely day with a friend for a spa experience from start to finish it was a lovely relaxing day. All staff we came in contact with were lovely happy and pleasant. The spa was nice with the pool a really nice warm temperature with steam and sauna rooms. I had a such amazing relaxing treatments with Ann Marie who fully explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. The food and unexpected glass of prosecco for lunch was excellent. All round a lovely relaxing experience highly recommend 😃

Great, helpful and friendly staff and decent food. My room overlooked the entrance but I could not shut windows fully to stop noise from outside but to be fair it wasn'tthat busy. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, possibly 2 mattresses together, but the room was great. I would stay again.
