Classic Double

Went for a spa day. It was wonderful. The only thing id say is to check the pool times for when the kids swimming lessons are on if you're looking to relax in the pool area. The massage from Claire was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Jennifer served me from start to finish. She was extremely attentive, friendly and polite and gave incredible service. She really made the experience. All in all, a great day was had.

I regularly use the hotel for business purposes. Hotel is easy to get to being conveniently located next to the M56. Although closely located to a busy motorway, little noise is heard once inside. The staff are friendly and helpful, who are always willing to chat and resolve any issues quickly. Rooms are clean and tidy, although a bit dated in their decoration.

Fabulous relaxing atmosphere Pool area fab has recently had some little touches to the hotel and makes a massive difference The restaurant and bar is fab and staff are great

This place is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings of Stretton and Warrington are wonderful. It really feels like authentic England. We felt extremely comfortable at the Park Royal Hotel. The staff and everyone here are very welcoming and friendly. It’s the kind of place where you could imagine living all year round!

Return visit. Victoria at Reception made sure we had a lovely room.

Rory Joe Just returned from a 2 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Our room was clean, very spacious and the beds comfortable. The general hotel areas were also clean and tidy and of a high standard. We loved the reception dog station, providing dog bed, water bowl and treats which was a lovely touch for our pooch! .We found all staff were friendly and professional. In particular, we would like to mention Joe who served us at breakfast and was super helpful and Rory and Jake in the bar area, who kept us well fed and watered. All provided excellent service and are a real asset to the hotel. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I would like to thank Victoria,Becky,Hannah & David, they have been amazing to me and my freind. If anyone would like to stay at this hotel you would be looked after with the love and care from everyone ov the members off staff. The hotel is amazing. Thankyou for looking after everyone 💯❤️

We had a difficulty using a shower over the bath, Victoria was very understanding and found a solution which allowed us to have a room with a walk in shower for the rest of our stay. She was a great support.

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay! Really had a great time. The food was so lovely and the portions huge. The staff are beyond brilliant. Especially Zack and Kasia. Zack really went out of his way for me and the professionalism he showed on the restaurant was beyond superb. As someone who often travels alone through work and sits and eats alone almost daily. It was nice having Zack come over and make it his mission to say hello, shake my hand and ask about my day. I really hope he gets looked after as the service he provides is exactly what you would get in a 5 star hotel. He is a real asset to Park Royal. However I couldn't end my review without mentioning the brilliant service I received from Kasia the housekeeper. She again went above and beyond for me. She cleaned my room to such a high standard I was surprised. She always said hello when I walked passed her and she always asked if I was okay and if I needed anything for my room. Honestly Kasia and Zack really made my stay at the hotel from great to fabulous. I look forward to staying there again in a weeks time!

We’ve just finished a stay with The Park Royal hotel and it’s been lovely, rooms were plenty big enough for a family and all staff were super helpful. Not once has anyone complained about the children playing or singing. A particular shoutout to Victoria who is lovely and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms, well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Quite a good buffet breakfast and the staff were superb. I asked for a quiet room and this was provided. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended. In particular, I would mention Victoria, who was superb, attentive and sorted out any problems, of which, for me, there were none. That said, all of the staff were excellent and kind.

Very relaxing and accommodating, we really enjoyed the pool and steam. Very nice setting, plenty of free parking, nice and clean. Our only criticism was the kindsize bed (2 single beds pushed together) the join in the middle made it very uncomfortable. Receptionist Victoria was extremely helpful, not just will the hotel, but with local information, which we really appreciated.

Had a lovely day with a friend for a spa experience from start to finish it was a lovely relaxing day. All staff we came in contact with were lovely happy and pleasant. The spa was nice with the pool a really nice warm temperature with steam and sauna rooms. I had a such amazing relaxing treatments with Ann Marie who fully explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. The food and unexpected glass of prosecco for lunch was excellent. All round a lovely relaxing experience highly recommend 😃

Great, helpful and friendly staff and decent food. My room overlooked the entrance but I could not shut windows fully to stop noise from outside but to be fair it wasn'tthat busy. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, possibly 2 mattresses together, but the room was great. I would stay again.

We had another lovely, chilled, and relaxing stay at The Park Royal Hotel, enjoying use of the great pool and facilities too.

Lovely experience, good location. Wonderful food, staff, and spa. It’s been such a good experience that on my second trip to the area this month I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d rather stay.

Stayed for a solo stay whilst travelling for work. Would definately stay again. Staff at reception and in gym were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely comfy pillows and bed, got a great sleep. Room had everything i needed. Very clean. Changing rooms for pool are lovely. Secure lockers, straighteners and dryers. Great pool size Breakfast was delicious, although choice was limited. Will defo stay again when travelling.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bathroom was similarly good. Things that could be improved: 1) Only two very soft pillows. We found a third one in the cupboard- only one! 2) The lighting system. One lamp didn't work at all. The walls seemed randomly linked to the lights. When you used the right hand reading light, it caused a too-bright fluorescent light above the bed to come on. 3) The TV remote control had no backing and the batteries were running out The restaurant. We decided to eat dinner there for convenience. This was an expensive mistake. What was good: 1)Speedy service, the waiting staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. 2)Breakfast- something for everyone. I had some cooked items but also fruit, granola and yoghurt- there was plenty and it was great. My husband said the milk with the coffee tasted as though it was UHT which seems like an odd choice for a restaurant Things that could be improved: 1) We ordered the tofu starter. This arrived burnt and dessicated and on a bed of sad, shredded bits of salad. When we asked to have it replaced with a less burnt offering one of the nice waiters was happy to do this. The replacement looked slightly less burnt but tasted similar- it was like the oil was old and had been reused too many times. It was leathery and unpleasant. As my husband said, it was like the Chef was scared of tofu! This dish cost £9.50! 2) My main was not too bad but it came with little potato croquettes which could have been rather nice. Unfortunately, these had clearly been fried in the same oil and tasted burnt 3) My husband had a salmon dish which was perfectly fine but came with two very small potatoes. Cumulatively, our main courses came to more than £50. Neither dish was of a quality consistent with the price. The Spa- we used the gym and pool area, the former being well equipped and there seemed to be plenty of times in which to use the latter child free or with children

Fantastic place for a spa day- great facilities and the best staff- special thanks to Rebecca who helped us organise the day and Emma who provided excellent spa treatments. Stayed over in the past and the restaurant serves excellent food in the mornings and evenings. The staff all seem to be locals who take great pride in their work.
