Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

9am: Zumba

A fun class that mixes body sculpting movements with latin american dance steps.

10.30am: Zumba

A fun class that mixes body sculpting movements with latin american dance steps.

12pm: Hatha Flow Yoga

Based on yoga moves, this is a fun, flowing class with a lovely long relaxation section.

1.30pm: Pilates

Will help in mobilising the spine, correcting posture, strengthening the core musclature and balance.

7.30pm: Yoga

A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a mediative element.

Tuesday:

9am: Popfit

A super sweaty sparkly mix of dance fitness, old school aerobics and toning that will have you feeling like a diva! Easy to follow routines that can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.

10.30am: Total Body Workout

A full body workout that uses body conditioning to tighten and tone the muscles.

12pm: Spin

A high energy class with great music riding a varied mixture of flats, hills and sprints whist burning calaries all the way.

1.30pm: Yoga

A class that focuses on flexibility and range of movement. Breathing is synchronised with movement to bring a mediative element.

3pm: Tai Chi

A system of exercise techniques from ancient martial arts promoting flexibility and beneficial both physically and mentally.

6pm: Popfit

A super sweaty sparkly mix of dance fitness, old school aerobics and toning that will have you feeling like a diva! Easy to follow routines that can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.

8pm: Spin

Wednesday:

10.30am: Pump

A full body workout using variable weights to leave you feeling stronger all over.

1.30pm: Pilates

Will help in mobilising the spine,correcting posture, strengthening the core musclature and balance.

5.30pm: Legs, Bums & Tums

A 30 min workout concentrating on the lower body. Go at your own pace and blast those wobbly bits!

7pm: Zumba
