What are check in and check out times?

Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm our concierge can store any luggage for you. Check out is by 11am.

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have 400 complimentary parking spaces available to guests.

Do you have disabled access?

We offer a range of facilities for guests including two purpose-built bedrooms, bathrooms and lavatories, accessible entrances, access ramps, reserved parking spaces for blue badge holders and vibrating pads to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm.

Are children allowed in the leisure facilities?

Children under 16 years are not permitted in the Gyms or poolside facilities (jacuzzi, sauna and steam room). All Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Can Park Royal arrange transport to/from transportation hubs?

We use a local taxi firm and can make these arrangements on your behalf.

As an overnight guest can I use your spa facilities?

All residents have full use of the leisure facilities and can make bookings for spa treatments/packages for an additional fee.

What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.
